My Mum and Dad XXX Those of you that knew my mum and dad will know what fantastic people they were.Both of them worked hard all their lives to achieve everything they had.They wer the most generous and giving people that i ever knew ,nothing was too much trouble for either of them and family and friends meant the world to them.You never even had to ask and they would both be there to help wherever it was needed. Mum died 2 years after being diagnosed with Lung cancer, Dad died just 18months later.Dad had been a volunteer on the research program for Roy Castle when they too found cancerous cells.Although it felt cruel at the time ,i know they were never meant to be apart for long,they always went everywhere together. Ive set up this page to pay back a bit of the help care and support mum and dad got back then,and hope that whatever we raise can bring the foundation a step closer to finding a cure for this terrible disease.
